How we handle your information.
We collect what we need to prepare your audit and reply to you. We don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- When you ask for an audit or a plan. Your name, business, website, email, and phone, plus anything else you fill in (your trade, town, budget, and whether you run Google Ads). We use it to prepare your audit, reply to you, and, if you go ahead, set up and bill your work. Booking a call through our booking page shares your name and email so we can send the calendar invite.
- When we write to a business first. Its name, its website, and the contact email it publishes on its own website or Google listing, plus public information about how it shows up on Google. We use it to prepare a free audit and send it, with up to three follow-ups. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- When you visit this site. Google Analytics records the pages you visit and how you use them (for example your device, your rough location, and how you got here), using cookies. It doesn't tell us who you are. Audit pages also let us know when they've been read, so we know whether to follow up.
Who helps us
A few service providers help us run the business: Cloudflare hosts this site, Google stores our records and sends our email, Anthropic's Claude helps write audits, DataForSEO provides search data, and FreshBooks sends invoices. They handle information only to provide those services to us. Some of them store or process it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it's subject to the laws there.

Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services. To leave this site and others out of Google Analytics, use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your choices
To see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email ledgecommunications@gmail.com. To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them, or reply and say so.
